To play this on a Win7 machine first install Dfend Reloaded. Then download the wolfenstein-3d zip file from here. Next run Dfend Reloaded and select File - import - import archive file.. Then navigate to where you put the wolfenstein-3d zip file, select it and click open.
Dfend will do the rest. Now you will see Wolfenstein 3D listed in the Dfend Reloaded window, simply double click on it and you play it full screen. I haven't managed to get the sound working yet.
